The kitchen is fully equipped with an American-style fridge, induction hob, dish-washer, food processor, oven, microwave oven, toaster, Raclette appliance, coffee-machine, electric kettle, 2 services of quality crockery, table linen and household linen.
The sitting room includes a 9-person oak table and a sideboard
The bedroom
There is one 14-m² bedroom for 2 people (with a 140 cm x 190 cm bed) with en suite dressing room and bathroom (with a hydro-massage shower).

The lounge The lounge is equipped with an 82-cm television with 300 satellite channels, a DVD player, a music and DVD library, a CD player, board games and books.
The lounge opens out onto the swimming pool so you can watch over your children. The French windows can be locked to provide secure closure
The swimming pool The temperature of the covered, very well-lit and 3.50 x 7 metre swimming pool can be adjusted to suit your preferences. The pool also has anendless pool machine for swimming against the current, large internal decking measuring 33 m², sun loungers and a small relaxation area, a toilet and a shower.
There is a multi-function unit boasting 6 adjustable spray jets, hammam, chronotherapy and essence diffuser settings. The pool looks onto the garden
The 54-m² rounded patio has garden furniture, sun loungers and a barbecue. The villa has a tiled floor with under-floor heating (only on the ground floor).
The utility room houses the washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
In the garage, bicycles are available for use and there is a table tennis table.
The first floor The bedrooms
On the first floor, there is a 13-m² room with a 140 cm x 190 cm bed with en suite shower room.
There is another 12-m² bedroom with three 90 cm x 190 cm beds.
A lounge opening out onto a terrace with a balcony boasts sea views and can be transformed into a bedroom for 2 people.
Satellite TV, internet access, wireless connection.
The bathroom has a whirlpool bathtub (well-being/chronotherapy), two basins and a toilet.
Linen Table and household linen supplied.
The sheets and bath-towels are washed and ironed at the laundry.
The beds are made before your arrival.
The sheets are changed once per week for long stays.
All our bathrooms are equipped with hairy dryers.
Each person has 1 bathrobe, 1 bath-towel and one face towel.
For young children there are high chairs, a bath and a travel cot
